Our client is a leading global advertising agency seeking a Senior Art Director to lead conception and execution of award winning creative works

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading conceptions with copywriter and/or teams in order to create award-winning design works
• Visually enhances messaging to bring the core idea to life – working closely with clients to translate their core concepts into tangible, efficient and workable design works
• Works closely with other agency disciplines to ensure the highest quality in the execution phase
• Leads on a strategic level and ensures that work is focused on the effective development and translation of strategic concepts
• Makes client presentations and begins to build client relationships in order to maintain and build strong business relations with clients
• Able to start up a project and follow it through to completion independently and whilst managing team members and 3rd party vendors/ freelancers
• Manages multiple projects and capacity of self and team

Requirements:

• Over 6 years experience in leading advertising agencies involved in design works for major brands
• Strong in Art Direction with solid design taste excellent knowledge of how to evaluate various client design needs
• Experience of through the line holistic approach inclusive of in-store retail environments and retail concepts
• Bachelors degree in design related field – Master preferred
• Proficient on Mac and with relevant software (i.e., Adobe CS)
• Absolute fluency in English / Mandarin / Cantonese a definite advantage
