#1 Senior Account Director

- The Senior Account Director is much less involved with the day to day running of the business than the account manager or account executive and more involved in strategic planning and providing marketing counsel to the clients. Ideally, concepts are the major focus while the AM & AE attend to business.
- Strong people skills are a must in this position
- Provide the best service to each allocated account and maximizes business potential within that account
- Contributes to the creation of world class creative work
- Engender the utmost respect, motivation and co-operation with co-workers within the agency and at the client
- Supervises and guides subordinates effective l in order that they can learn, and fully develop their own potential

#2 Senior Account Manager

Responsibility:

1. Discussing creative ideas with clients, creative, media or production departments
2. Present agency's creative ideas to existing/potential clients and handle budgeting matters
3. Putting strategy and action plan decisions into action, maintaining constant contact with clients
4. Understands and upholds company's mission and values
Requirement:
1. Above 4 years proven experience of account service Advertising agency, consulting company (4A agency is preferred)
2. University graduated, Major in Marketing, advertising, business administration is preferred
3. Good proposal writing & presentation skills
4. Good English reading & writing skills
