“See now this ad is really a statement on how mobile technology has taken such a large part of our lives as to become “giant” ie: so large that it then serves as the filter between self and object; it has in essence become not only an extension of what we are, but also a barrier, aka filter to the visceral experience” -Philosophy major, sophomore year.

It’s difficult to imagine another outdoor communication that so effectively drives home the point; not only through visuals, but also through interaction.

By decorating your average ATM as a China mobile telephone, users are invited to see what it’s like to use a giant telephone for their banking needs. I wonder if China mobile offers banking on normal sized cell phones? This is a question that may never be answered. Oh wait, here’s the answer: “yes”.

Great idea with great impact. I have seen once in london another ambient advertising of a toll-truck carrying on top a brand-new car crashed by a giant redbull can on top. I wish there where more of this ads! :)

Yes, great idea! Much better suited than the spout from the belly idea.
